Friendly and stuck to an agreed price despite extra work

I booked my Focus in for a cambelt change only to be told that the fitted belt was not a Ford one, was on the wrong way round and that one of the pulley bolts had sheared and had to be drilled out. All very curious because I had the car from new and it had not been serviced by anyone other than myself. It was only having a garage do the cambelt change because I was short of time. 

Despite the extra work the bill remained exactly as quoted. 

I was given the old belt, pullies and bolt and have no doubt he was telling me the truth.

Cannot recommend enough

Brilliant garage! They got me in at short notice to diagnose the fault I had. Did their best to get me a good price on the part needed and then quickly got me booked in for repair so that I’d have my car sorted for my family holiday that weekend. Plus let me borrow a car and also managed to squeeze in an MOT for me too:-)
